A favorite of our bold red wine lovers, the 2020 Petite Sirah echoes the bold character Dry Creek Valley. It brims with concentrated flavors of black cherry, ripe plum, and black raspberry. Its rich, full-bodied profile is balanced by smooth, integrated tannins, creating a plush mouthfeel that's both elegant and powerful. Aging in 100% French oak parts subtle vanilla and spices on a gorgeous, lingering finish.

Suggested Pairings:
-A grilled, well marbled ribeye with a spicy cocoa rub
